Weekly Schedule

Monday

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Yoga

Our yoga classes are instructed in an all-levels format so that you can modify poses to your ability or state-of-mind. We are sure you will find our classes to be both invigorating and challenging. We end each class with a ten minute savanna (resting pose) so you feel refreshed and peaceful when you leave.

You may find that our classes focus on poses that will improve balance, posture, and whole body strength while blending breath and movement from one pose to the next. After a few weeks those who have attended our classes say they feel stronger and more balanced. Don't take our word for it, check out our testimonials page. While our format is for all-levels, we do recommend starting with a beginner's classes if you are new to yoga.
